Address Changes

• Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.

• Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the destination city.

• If your order has already shipped, we may be able to reroute the parcel to a different address within the same city. Please note:

  • Rerouting may add an additional 2 business days to the delivery timeline.

  • Rerouting is subject to carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

• To cancel an order, you must contact us before your order has been shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
